every other avenue have been exhaused help needed please I am not able to get a loan do to my inability to re-pay

This is very embarrassing for me I have exhausted all other options. It is my hope I will be blessed with enough donations to pay my mounting medical bills. I am on ssi disability and is difficult to make it. I do have Medicare but am not able to afford a secondary insurance plan. Its recommended both my knees be replaced and surgery on my mouth is needed . I have so much medical debt already . I have degenerative arthritis no cure and is progressing quickly . I also suffer from Lupus and spinal stenosis , anything at all would help I don't want sympathy just help and understanding ! I don't know what else to say . I live a pretty isolated life If there is any chance I can get relief from constant pain I would be thankful every day is a struggle
