Hello my name is Candy; my story is fast and furious.

I used to live in Colorado but having fibromyalgia that is not a good place to be as it is TOO cold and damp so I decided to move to Phoenix AZ as I had been told by doctors it would be better for me.

I arrived in the last of April on a plane bringing only 2 bags for myself I lived in Extended Inn Hotels because I couldn’t even fill out an apartment application without a job, now we jump to May  17th and I was able to get a decent paying job which said I would be working 35 to 40 hrs a week but business is slow and I am lucky to get 16 hrs a week, but none the less I was able to get into a place  on a move in special on May 28th thinking I would not have to pay rent again until July 1st,  but alas 3 days later they tell me they need Junes rent plus late fees of $175 then on the 6th I get an eviction notice in my door telling me they will take all my belongings ( which isn’t much) and take me to court. I was able to pay a $200 amount to stay while I try and get the rest. If I break the lease before Aug 31st I have to pay $1530 for June, July, and Aug rents.

I’m out here not knowing but one person my wonderful boyfriend Kelley who keeps me sane when I get too frazzled to think straight,  which with all that we have been through by the grace of God  we are still in love and pushing forward ,but we  don’t have a car and the public transit system is not the greatest     Phoenix is so spread out it is hard to find a job especially in his field as he is a graphic designer with an associate’s degree and everyone wants a bachelors degree to hire him , he has walked 3 to 6 miles some days looking for work. He isn’t lazy or living off me lol

We normally are capable of paying our bills and helping others when they need it , I hate to ask but  now we need help, we eat ramen noodles, tuna, mac n cheese, sometimes frozen burritos or pot pies as they are cheap and quick so we can go for walks and enjoy mother nature out here, my fibro isn’t gone but I can walk a lot more which is a big improvement I don’t regret the move knowing that it is better for my body and soul, and sometimes God puts the obstacles in the way so you can figure out how to leap over and help others after, this is what I am believing right now.

The appreciated funds we will receive will help us not become homeless and continue on our new journey without me in so much pain but the stress doesn’t help my sleep and the poor diet doesn’t allow my body to work as it should even down here.

Breakdown of the $5000 is :

All of the $1530 will go towards rent

  • $175 will pay the late fees.
  • $2500 will buy a good car to help with employment.
  • $795 will pay for car insurance and healthy food,

Please share amongst all friends, family, and strangers alike

Perks will come to all that give to our success in the means of personal, internet, photos, videos.
