Everyone deserves a place they can call home

We all want that special place we can call home where you feel safe and secure,that is what i want to give to a lovely couple who fell victim to a scam artist with no heart or conscience,I am not going to mention names or anything like that, that is not what this is about.

What happened was that they were approached by a certain builder who they thought could be trusted with the responsibility of building their forever home, since it’s a older couple, they are both retired and surviving by means of state pension.They paid the deposit so that the building process could start on their home (Nutec) and the building of it started right away the same week,but then suddenly he needed the full amount a week or so later saying it will help finish the house faster,They then paid the rest of the money in the hope of moving in sooner as they were staying with other people,looking back they both agree that was poor judgement and not the smartest thing to do but at the time they were blinded by excitement and in general have always trusted people to easily.The building of the house went great for another week or so before things started to go south.They started not showing up a lot of days and if they did they worked for a few hours only,then after a while they just didn't show up at all,leaving them with just a foundation and shell that ended up having to be taken down again as it was not up to standard and failed inspection.They had no other choice but to find a new builder while trying to get their money back from the original builder.The new house is now up to standard but unfortunately not completed as they run have out of funds,it’s been more than a year trying to get their money back with no luck so currently they are staying where they can since they have an unfinished home with no funds to complete job.I want to help them complete their home so they can move in so any help will be much appreciated,I won’t be mentioning names or showing faces, as I feel that they have been through enough and should not be judged for being too trusting,also lets face it most of us have fallen victim to some sort of scam.
