"We take roots back" is a project for financial disadvantaged people who want to learn how to make cheap and healthy food in the Stavanger and Sandnes area i Norway.The project is FREE and the chef, Tom Erik Skjaeveland do this voluntarily without payment after his fulltime job. The first 3 courses are allready fully booked making a waitinglist of 3 months or more. We are now depending on funds from local businesses as well as other people interested in helping financial disadvantaged people in the society. The funds will be used for groceries and other relevant things to complete the courses best for the attending people.
