Disabled children deserve Summer Family Camp!

Imagine a world where all the children are Equal! Where Families who have children with special needs can have sunny Summer Camps exactly as everybody else can! They can laugh, relax and do things together without any worries.

We have about 30 000 disabled children in Lithuania and 5-6 cases of behavior disorder or disability are identified every day.

Our Health System Only helps parents with social skills problems. So-called “normal” families with disabled children usually can’t receive suitable support.

Psychosocial rehabilitation camps are One of those things that Families with disabled children need so much but can’t Afford.

Psychosocial rehabilitation camps for Families with special needs help Every member of the family to find the best way to “recharge the batteries” after daily life. Brothers and sisters can play with other brothers and sisters. Mom can get support from Specialists and take some rest while other Specialists or Volunteers are engaged with her Special child. Father can finally spend some Quality time with his older son. They can meet other families and make new Friends!

Our Fund has 12th years of experience in helping families. By now, more than 14 000 families with disabled children have already received: support services according to their individual needs, consulting, financial support for health procedures, products and tools, advocating services for coping with Government Institutions and more.

Our Fund organises Psychosocial rehabilitation camps every summer - 14 shifts of Specialists with 3 078 Families and more than 2 000 Volunteers have been participating by now.
