Campaign Story
My dream home is waiting for me to buy it and make it beautiful again! I've lived in many different homes over the years, always in search of "the one." Well, I found it! It is a quaint home built in the 1920's and has a TON of charm. It is set on 2 BEAUTIFUL acres, nestled in the mountains but not too far from the city, with a tranquil stream running through it. The moment I saw it, I knew we were meant for each other!
The problem....it is a cash-only sale. There is an issue with a lot boundary line, and it cannot be financed with a bank. Also, it does need a bit of work. So, I need to raise $150,000 to buy it outright, and then put my blood, sweat, and tears into making it shine.
