I live in Bayamón and study in San Juan, constantly needing to take the train and bus to get around for my daily responsibilities. The bright side about this is that I have learned and felt whats it’s like to actually be willing to do anything at my disposal to achieve my goals. For more than five years I’ve worked to have the privilege of studying wherever I want. Like anything in life, I’ve experienced many ups and downs throughout the journey, but I’m proud to say I have many opportunities at my disposal.

I was accepted at the University of Puerto Rico in Mayagüez and others have been insisting me to pursue my career with them. It all has been very overwhelming for me, I did not expect this at all. It all sounds great but there is one thing stoping me from making a decision…

I work with my mother to help her with the family business. I study from 7am to 4pm weekly days. I’m trying to save up for a car for university so I can go outside the metro area and study.

With your donation, I can study at a university that will prepare me in the Computer Engineering field. My dream has always been to study computers and technology and be successful in life. This is just the beginning…
