Estratweni Youth Development Program

We are two entrepreneurs that have started our own food trailer business in effort to find a way to give back to Philippi, our home. Our hope is to create an after school program for students that will provide tutoring, snacks, and mentorship in order to provide a better life for the youth of our community. As we have experienced the ongoing journey that it takes to further ourselves, we wish to help pave the path for these children to do the same. In effort to raise the R20,000 needed to run this program for a year, we sell burgers and other food from our business-Estratweni Mobile Foods. We would like to start the program within the upcoming school year, but our funding is not enough as we are trying to expand our business to grow the funding for future years as well. Please consider helping us brighten the future of the youth of our community and build the bridge between the two worlds that is Cape Town.
