estonian soldier with 90 euros a month pay and money running out

For a year i am in estonian defence forces and it is mandatory for every male in country. Only problem is that monthly support is 90 euros and when you are serving your country you can't work and there is no possible way to pay bills and for food and hygene products. Before comeing in military i saved 1500 but it is running oit fast and soon i think i have to give up my living place so then i don't know hiw to get buy. Please support me, really don't have any other options.
