140 000 EUR is needed to set up an Innovative Economics Research Institute and to ensure its activity for 2 years in Riga, Latvia.
The Innovative Economics Research Institute will be a think-tank aiming to develop ready to implement policy solutions in socioeconomic and environmental spheres in order to tackle current social, economic and environmental issues in efficient win-win manner. Its top priority for the next two years will be introduction of unconditional basic incomes (UBI) throughout the EU.
The first aim is to make an experiment backed by official institutions of EU where each EU citizen receives 1000 EUR per month unconditionally. The aim of the experiment is to get sufficient data about how UBI impacts development of European society socioeconomically and in all other aspects.
