Establish an academy for foreign languages

I’m planning to startup an academy that will focus on teaching foreign languages courses. I decided to startup it to help seniors students and fresh graduates.

In Egypt most of graduates are facing a big challenge to get hired because they don’t have second language. So they get rejected. So, someone’s will solve this problem by learning new language. They will used to academies to learn new language. But they are hating the traditional academic ways. So, they are giving up to their status easily. They need new teaching techniques. For that reason we create new curriculum's and teaching methods that make our classes entertaining and useful. We depends on make them practice more than listening to make them observe their progress. We also take into consideration the levels of students to make groups of students who are on the same level to make them confident and practice with their colleagues without getting shy

Egypt has around 500k to 600k graduate every year. So , if we teach to 1% of them. We will help 6k to learn new language. After we did a market research we found that 6k student per year it’s not a huge number and easily to reach. Our business plan is to make a new branch every 6 months to increase our capacity. Also, we are focusing in to be near to universities to be reachable for students. We seek to be different from our competitors. So, we decided to make a mobile app to always be with our students to make them practice during the day. Also, we decided to make our courses very cheap and affordable for students to encourage them to enrollment to our courses. Our usp will be our curriculum, methods, app and prices
