Campaign Story
Just a heads up. I want to try to raise £251 for our operations this winter. The money will go to support our deployment and the purchase and maintaing of much needed equipment.
Volunteers provide much needed non military equipment like shovels, axes, food, chainsaws etc. But it's the soldiers who pay out of there own pocket to maintain these items. Oil, new chains, new shovels, cabel, pick axes etc.
I'm hoping we can raise a little money just to make lives easier. This will be my last tour, I'm finally going to hang up my boots next year)
I will also add that last year we found homes for several cats and 4 dogs caught in the war. It's not much but we will also use the money for medical bills and equipment needed to transport animals to new destinations.

I can't tell you how much this means to us. 10 months we served previously on the frontline in extreme weather conditions. Sometimes getting as low as -28. Basic logistics can be a problem for us, especially obtaining tools and supplies in. . . . .
