Escaping noisy neighbours affecting every aspect of our lives

Should 0.0002 % of people in the UK were kind enough to donate just £10, my wife and I can escape the life shortening stress and health damaging effects of nightmare neighbours. Should my fundraising see success, from this I hope also to change other lives in future simple fundraising ideas.
