eRural accommodation – the small house

My name is bruno, i am Portuguese and i own this house near Coimbra, Portugal, in a countryside area.

I already receive guests in this house with very good reviews from them.

I want to make an upgrade to this business by installing a pool in the garden that involves the house. I am confident that with the pool business will increase even more.

The house is in an ideal location to rest and being in the center of Portugal to serve as a base to visit the whole country. Also is very near to several beaches.

All who bear this cause will have an annual profit from the profits managed by the business till the end of 2024. These dividends will be distributed as follows: 10% of the profits divided by all those who monetarily support this cause (broken down according to each support).

Each year, 10 supporters will be drawn, who will be entitled to free nights in the house, according to the schedule to be defined.


Important: If the target is not reached in 12 months, all contributions will be returned, or if there is enough money the investment will be directed to a lower value pool.
