Erica Needs A New Home

On 08/21/20, Erica contacted me, and told me she and her baby would need a new place to stay. She described physical abuse she had suffered that morning, and alleged the man she's staying with had compromised her Twitter account in order to read her private messages to people. She needs a new place to stay, as soon as possible. This is the situation in her own words:

"I have to find somewhere else to live. I can't take the abuse anymore and ex has told me to find somewhere else to live anyway. He hacked into my twitter acct again this morning and woke me up by yelling at me and gesturing for me to come into the living room. He showed me that he hacked into my twitter and read all my messages. (he just tried to look at me posting this). He then grabbed me, pushed me against the wall, shook me, and yelled at me for being in a relationship with Jeremiah. We were trying to keep it on the DL so this wouldn't happen before we could figure something out. Ex has now threatened to take Piper away from me and throw me out on the street. He threatened to contact my abuser. He threatened to take my stuff away. He's been verbally abusive throughout the time I've lived here. Hacked into my social media accts time and time again. I've changed my passwords over and over and it doesn't matter. He still gets in. He's talked a bunch of shit to his parents to turn them against me. I have to get my baby out of here. This is sick and abusive. We don't have anywhere else to go and I don't have a car to get anywhere. I need help. We can't live like this anymore."

Basically, she's been saying she's single for a while, and made that clear, but also said she has been staying there for now while she earns money for her art, among other things, to find a new place. The situation has been bubbling for awhile, and has now boiled over. I've also been contacted by her ex, but it appears he blocked me, so I can't communicate or try to mediate. My current living situation is a rented homeshare which does not allow guests, so I can't personally offer her a place, and my only option is to reach out. So this is that. Please consider helping her get out. This FR is for that purpose alone.
