Equality of opportunities for local women community

Many families are facing serious existential issues.
Some life difficulties are because of non equality in working and existential conditions between women and men.
Most of local women are working on sea weed farms, but is dangerous, because they spend long time in a water and many of them getting skin infections.
We would like to give them another opportunity to make a decent life. To teach local woman community to process goat milk and produce simple goat milk products.
