We are currently seeking “angel investors” to help fund operating capitol to get our manufacturing business products to market. We are currently in discussion with non-profits and other organizations interested in our products. A minimum investment of $150.00 gets you 50 shares of our company.

We are Access2Fitness, the ONLY U.S manufacturer of premium equal-access, dual purpose fitness equipment which equally services both able-bodied and disabled users. Our designs specifically accommodate disabled individuals (obese, paraplegic and quadriplegic wheelchair users) as well as it does the able-bodied user. We are the subject of editorials as well as regularly receiving support for our efforts on bringing equal access fitness equipment to the disabled community. The U.S census states there are over 54 million disabled in the U.S. If you are considering new equipment or how best to comply with new ADA fitness guidelines, please consider our innovative exercise equipment. .

The implementation earlier this year of the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design (effective March 15th, 2012) requires that all public facilities that offer the use of exercise equipment provide equal access and opportunity for the use of fitness equipment to the disabled. Essentially, if there is a machine for the able-bodied, then the equivalent must be made available for the disabled. There are over 30,000 fitness facilities in the U.S. Additionally, all hospitals, physical therapy centers, rehabilitation facilities and retirement communities that provide fitness training and equipment must also comply with this amendment to the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Very few of the aforementioned facilities, centers or communities are in ADA compliance. ADA enforcement will become an issue as time passes. Civil penalties can go as high as $55,000 for the first violation and $110,000 for any subsequent violation. That initial civil fine could purchase a dozen of our new equal-access exercise stations!

Our proprietary designs enhance existing facilities with the capability to provide equal access and use of fitness equipment to persons with disabilities and able-bodied alike. Our exercise equipment accommodates the disabled through design innovations such as bolt-on swing away seats that fit the existing exercise units or the wrap around gloves for persons with hand weakness. Our equipment and patents pending designs utilize low starting weights and increased accessibility, and is the only design that accommodates both power and non-power wheelchairs or scooters. Our machines are color contrasted for the visually impaired and are the only fitness products on the market to offer anti bacterial powder coating. Counterbalanced adjustable handles (for low starting weights), as well as weight and chest belts are just a few of our design innovations.

You can view our products at our parent company website: http://www.challengedindustries.com/

All our materials are purchased in the USA; the equipment is built in the USA, utilizing our diverse employee base, including veterans and both disabled and able-bodied workers alike. We are currently updating our marketing materials and website, as well as "scaling up" production to meet expected market demands. We would be pleased to send you any additional material you may request as our marketing and website improves and evolves in the coming weeks.

Your investment will help us grow and become what we feel will be the leader in the fitness equipment industry. The new ADA laws will only help us grow. It's not only the law, it's the right thing to do. Everyone should have access to the health and wellness accompanying fitness and exercise.

We look forward to working with you-
