Hello. My name is Hendry Uuemäe. I am 20 years old and I graduated Tallinn Construction School in Carpenter profession. I am looking for funding on my start-up. The general idea of the start-up is Handmade Epoxy tables. I have been working on this idea for about a year now and I have finished couple of prototypes, also I am finishing a coffee table. I have made a lot of mistakes in the process and learned from them aswell. The biggest challenge at the moment is to find suitable place for work. Most of the times I did the tables at my home and once I rented a room for that because to work with epoxy you need specific temperature - Between 19 and 25 degrees Celcius. ' I have been able to buy basic tools and I have also been able to find someone to help me make tables with large industrial machines. I am asking for support to buy a garage and insulate it. And I need a polishing machine and the necessary tools for the final finish. I would like financial support, but any help that would help to buy or insulate the garage will also be welcomed. As a thank you, I could offer the sponsor an epoxy table at his/her own request or on a project basis or a food tray, it all depends on the amount of funding or help from the sponsor, every little help is welcome. Making epoxy tabels in their basic form is not my end goal, my goal is to create new and interesting designs, e.g the first project I would like to try next is an epoxy table with a LED strip that can be easily be replaced if necessary. I have seen many tables with LED strips inside the table, but in the long run the LED strip breaks or the light fades away and there is nothing more to do because people put the LED strip in the epoxy. My idea would be to make an epoxy table so that if neseccary the owner of the table can come and exchange the LED strip for free. Making epoxy tables is not the only business idea I have. But the plan is to start with that and move slowly to other projects as well.
