Epileptic starting a normal life

Hello everyone,

I have been in a constant battle with epilepsy(tonic-clonic seizures) and after 9 years I've finally won and I'm ready to lead a normal life! Starting my senior year in highschool one day I was simply on my way to work waiting for the bus and next thing I remember I was in the ER. After leaving the ER and hoping it may have been a one-time experience it continued to happen again shortly after leading me to miss most of my senior year in high school including prom, being in a constant state of fatigue, switching between various medications with bad side effects, never being able to work often and make money like the average person left me depressed and angry for many years. After many more seizures, medications and broken moments I finally found a good combination of medications and picked up my spirits to start a new life. The only thing that has kept me going all these years is working in the fitness industry teaching gymnastics to kids and adults. Knowing the feeling of fatigue and muscle soreness from seizures I wanna start a career to help others with disabilities rehabilitate themselves through Health and Fitness. I know how enriching it feels to have someone help you stay active in a positive manner but now all I need is a little help from others to get started. Hopefully some of you can read my story and help me out. :-)
