Campaign Story
This fundraising will serve as Medical/Financial assistance for my father Enrique "King" Diaz who is currently admitted at The Medical City, Pasig. He was admitted last December 1, 2020. He is in critical condition because of brain swelling due to Stroke. He also suffers from Diabetes, hypertension, Coronary thrombosis and Chronic Bronchitis.
In just a day of emergency admission, our hospital bill has reached 77,121.96 PHP. Our hospital bill as of 12/05/2020 (Doctor's fee not yet included) is 115,383.60 PHP and it is expected that a huge amount will be added as he stays longer in the hospital.
We humbly ask for your help. Any amount you can share will be greatly appreciated.
The financial assistance will be covering the following:
1. Hospital Bill and other charges
2. Doctor's Fee
3. Medication
4. Basic Needs (Diaper, under pads, wipes, tissue, surgical gloves and others)
5. Physical Therapist fee
