Learning English for a Brighter future

Hi everybody!!!

My name is Melissa Miranda and I am an English teacher. I really love what I do and of course I love my students too, I WANT to improve my classes and make them better, in order that when they enter to the class a new world of opportunities open before their eyes. This kids come from communities that are in social risk and just have very few opportunities to have a bright future, the most of people work as fishermen or in the shrimp industry. Also they do occasional jobs.

Even communities are located very close of a touristic area and there are hotels, restaurants and stores there's a big problem PEOPLE DON'T SPEAK A SECOND LANGUAGE, so they lose the opportunity to get a better job and the chance of getting a better life and future.

For all this, is that I want to enhance my English Classes, providing it with technology to develope the different English skills, buy books of the best quality and many other teaching supplies to improve the teaching and learning process.

Those kids are the future of the world and I put all my faith and effort in this wonderful project.
