Engaged 8 years, Gay marriage finally legalized!

Hello. My name is Ariel and for the past 8 years I have been engaged to my gorgeous girlfriend, Kat. Being that we are in a homosexual relationship, for a very long time it wasn't even an actual possibility to be married in our state. Thankfully that hurdle has been crossed because as of 2014 gay marriage has been legalized. Unfortunately though we've had very many hardships in these last few years, and we are unable to have the wedding we've always dreamt of. We're making our own invitations and our own cake and taking budget to a new low, but I would love to at least be able to have a honeymoon I know neither of us will ever forget. We went to a travel agency and our estimated travel expenses are just under $3000. Please turn at least this one dream we have into a reality!
