Energy Efficiency Course

I have been studying an Energy Efficiency course since October 2013, called the Green Deal Advisor Level 3 Diploma. The college I studied the course with (British School of Management Sciences, Ilford)  has refused to mark or submit my work to the awarding body EDI for no just reason. Doing so would incur them some costs, which I believe they do not wish to honour. I have paid them 1,200 GBP for this course - the entire fees, and was supposed to have completed the course 4 months ago. I've reported to the accreditation body EDI, and have still not had the problem resolved. I have a son who is autistic and I'm finding it very difficult to cope with this situation, as our future is on hold, owing to the callous behaviour of this training institution. I need 1000 GBP to pay another college, so I can transfer my completed work to them for marking/submission to EDI. I would appreciate any help from conscientious individuals.
