End lockdown and Stop covid19 vaccination in South Africa

Hola Bon Renaissance "HBR" Foundation in a non political and a non government aligned organisation that is based in Africa, and in particular South Africa.

HBR seek your assistance in saving lives, defending human rights and preserving human dignity which is being violated by the State through LOCK DOWN and the State is using COVID19 as a means to declare a national disaster in the country .

HBR Foundation has approach the court and lodged a court application through the high court of Pretoria, in the Republic of South Africa case no : 1357/2021 in advancing the following issues:

a) One of the Corona Virus family disease which is COVID19 must not be classified as a Disaster but rather be considered and addressed as a health related matter like flu, TB SARS etc....

b) Majority of South Africans by fact are having mild symptoms resulting in millions of South Africans having to self healed by staying at home or self quarantine, without the use of any medication

c) There is no need, rational and reasons for declaring Lock down in South Africa

d) There is no need for a fast tracked vaccination programme and rolling out of an untested , trialed and validated COVID19 Vaccines,

e) Even China where COVID19 originate, has not embarked on vaccinating its 1(one) billion populations

f) Therefore in supporting the statement above, we as the HBR Foundation demand that for critical patients who have underline health condition who have contracted COVID19, be subjected to the proven medical treatment that saved lives perfomed by Dr Tabane -

Hola Bon Renaissance Foundation Court applications "PAPERS" sought the following relief :

Interdict the State from procuring and/ or sourcing and/or paying and/or obtaining Covid19 Vaccine

Interdict the State from implementing and/ or deploying and/ or vaccinating any human being in the Republic of South Africa

Withdrawal of Visa and/or withdrawal of work permit of WHO (World Health Organization) delegation in the Republic of South Africa because of this

Declaring the sourcing and/or procurement of COVID19 vaccine for the 10%(percent) of the South African population is irrational, unlawful and unconstitutional

Declaring that the classification Coronavirus and/or COVID19 as the national disaster in terms of National Disaster Management Act 57 of 2002 is irrational, unlawful and unconstitutional.

Declaring that the Disaster Management regulations of Coronavirus lockdown from level five (5) to level one (1), issued in terms of section 27(2) of National Disaster Management Act are irrational, unlawful and unconstitutional

Declaring that the Coronavirus and/or COVID19 is a health-related matter and not a disaster in its nature, within the definition and meaning in terms of the National Disaster Management Act

Hola Bon Renaissance - HBR Foundation Seek your assistance to cover our legal costs, in pursue of the Justice , freedom, human dignity, human right , jobs creation, economic stability and good health The Court Case is expected to be during April - May 2021 Tribute to South Africans -
