Am James hails from Kenya (East Africa) and looking for well-wishers in support of a community upgrading,

I hail from Naivasha a community where we are the host of many flower farms in Kenya and breeding the best of all in Africa, Problem is that most of the people after working in the industry for about 4-5 years their body develop problems and they are forced to quit.

To add on this is they become a problem to the family. And thus resulting to a big problem in giving them care. The reason to this is not having an economic backbone as an individual due to many cases of poor salaries they receive after working for 30days in a month and taking home only usd $ 60 as the salary not adding that from the same salary there’s deduction of pension and Health insurer that really does not cater for much.

Am looking forward to be working with the community as I said earlier and I already have a project in mind we can give them as groups.

In Kenya chicken farming has been rated and embraced by many as a viable venture. and due to this i plan to group women in a group of 6 and fund them 150$ for rearing 200 birds and selling them after maturity of 6 weeks at 600$ having them provide the manpower and offering sales services.

I believe in the ideal of helping but one cannot receive 100% it will involve much of scrutiny and vetting i plan to start having workshops in sensitive the necessity and by this they can share duties among themselves.

With this it will help the families
