Emma’s C2C for uXc

There is nothing I love more than riding around Verona on my bike. But i've decided to step this up a level!

The last week of August, I and my friend Catherine will be doing the C2C - Coast to Coast in the UK http://www.c2c-guide.co.uk/

We will be setting off from my home town Whitehaven on the west coast of England and cycling the 140 miles (225km) to the other side of the country to Sunderland. There will surely be a lot of mud, sweat and rain and huge amounts of Kendal mint cake to get us through.

I'm doing it partly out of fun, but also to raise money for ultimateXchange, a non-profit based in Verona promoting the use of English in fun ways with children and young adults. For more information about ultimateXchange click here or get in touch.
