Emmanuel is a two months baby diagnosticated with SMA type 1 (Dystrophy Muscular Atrophy) Medical cost, vaccine & others expenses

Hi i am Emmanuel,

I live in Colombia in a village of few inhabitants, I have 2 months of age, a few days ago, I was diagnosed with SMA Spinal muscular atrophy type 1, which means that I can't move my neck down. In my country there is no cure for my disease, my friends in the United States, I want to help getting in your home and making the appointments required and everything you need there, but I don't have enough money to travel and receive medical treatments that I require, it therefore sought help from people great heart which I want to give a chance to live, why parents are very young and do not have the necessary resources to give me the care I need.
