Emergency Roof Repair

My granddad died unexpectedly and without tying up all loose ends and the house that he owed--paying on, has no equity in it and not now purchaseable. Furthermore, it has exhausted all our finances attempting to repair it after a "hurricane" back in 2011. It is a family home but requires serious and urgent repair or else it will not be habitable in or about a year. All his finances was also stolen just before he died by an unknown assailant, banks has no recollection or records. This is an appeal to salvage an inheritance from the wreckage.
