On August 31 2017-I thought I was having a Surgery called Burch to treat mild Urinary Incontinence.
There are two types of Burch 1) without mesh 2)with mesh. No consent given for Mesh

I have developed Microscopic Hematuria, Bacteria Infections affecting bones and muscles (that come back every 3-4 months.) Chrons Disease, Acute Chronic Pain and PTSD and Surgical Trauma Stress

I have taken so many Antibiotics that I now have developed Gastro Issues such Chrons disease. Intimacy with my husband is void. Antibiotics taken Ciprofloxacin at 1000mgs daily for 5-7 days. This is a famous broad spectrum antibiotic used to treat women with Bacteria Infections associated with Mesh. Red Bumps on various parts of skin including breast, legs, hands, elbows and shoulders.

I live on constant Opioid Pain Medication which makes me sick and nauseated.

My pain level is at 200000 percent consistent pain in groins, colon and rectum. Brain Fog and Fatigued.

Mesh Removal: I have contacted a Surgeon in the USA who is willing to do Mesh Removal and the cost of the Surgery is 11 000.00 USD with an extra 4 000.00 USD for lodging expenses for 4 weeks including lunch and dinner for myself and my husband

Surgeon in the USA stated that I was having complications December of 2017.

Should you require proof of cost and surgery, please don't hesitate to contact me at [email protected]

Should you need to stay longer the patient is required to cover that.

Canada currently has no Mesh Removal Surgeons as confirmed from a Third Party Head of Uro Gynecology.

Because I refuse to return back to the Implant surgeon other Specialist Surgeons are refusing to help and listen to my concerns. The Implant Surgeon also had done un necessary surgeries that resulted in further damage to my personal area.

The Ministry of Health Ontario has Out of Country Coverage for Mesh Removal in which they will pay for the Mesh Removal. My Family Doctor cannot find a Specialist to assist him in filling out of the forms. No Surgeon in Ontario is willing to help.

I have been refused important diagnostic testing from Toronto Hospitals. CT Scan, Cystoscopy, Endoscopy and Colonoscopy.

My husband is on long term disability and is not able to work. We have exhausted all our savings and
Tax Free Savings Account with our bank due to the numerous of Emergency Room Visits. Hospital
Parking is expensive and costly.

I am no longer able to work and am in a deficit with Revenue Tax Canada because I can no longer resume duties until the mesh is removed. As I have to use the computer all day and some contracts depend on me to provide face to face web communications. I cannot provide those services as I am managing constant acute and chronic pain and consistently nauseated throughout the day.

I realize and have accepted that I am no longer matter to Canada or the Health Care System.

Compassion, Empathy and Ethics are no longer a requirement to serve Canadian Women suffering Mesh Complications. This is a world wide problem that has affected Millions of Women who are Mothers, Wives and have family's to take care of. Mesh takes that away from you.

Should I exceed the funding amount asked for my hope is that I will be able to use the funds to help other women receive medical mesh care. I am currently speaking to another Canadian Woman who also needs mesh removal and cannot find any Surgeon to assist her Family Doctor in filling out of The Out of Country Medical Coverage with The Ministry of Health and Long Term Care Ontario.
