Emergency House Repairs

Hello,

My name is Maria and I'm from Romania. My fiance and I have bought our house a couple of years ago, knowing that we will need to make some very necessary repairs to it, but we hoped that we could last a few years more, until our loan would be paid back fully. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and now we're faced with some very urgent repairs that we need to tend to as soon as possible. We had a minor flooding a few weeks ago, that we only temporarily patched up and that needs taking care of. Also, flood damage is more severe than we initially thought and affected quite badly 2 of our rooms. We may also need to change wiring in a big part of our house. It's a difficult situation and we would not have resorted to this if there was any other way. We can't take any additional loans until we pay off the one we took in order to buy the house (4 years left) and we don't have any family that is able to help us. My fiance is able to do most of the repairs needed, but we need money to buy the actual materials needed for the repairs + we need a professional for the plumbing.
