Emergency Disaster Relief Volunteers Fund

We are an Independant Frontiersmen South Yorkshire Troop based in U.K.

We are a Independant detachment of our partner, Legion of Frontiersmen Volunteer Reservists.

We are raising money for our Emergency Disaster Relief Volunteer(s) fund.

As you know over the last few years the U.K. has been hit with strange weather, ranging from high winds to flooding from rain and areas cut off by the snow, where medical attention was needed but emergency services struggled to reach due to the governments cut backs, We aim as Volunteers to help the emergency services carry out their duties as best they can by providing assistance with First Responder crews, emergency boat rescue crews (Flooding), provide safe shelters and food, sand bag walls Etc, Medical aid and Civil Defense crews (Terrorist Attack)

Our aim is to be able to provide certain areas through out the U.K. that are Hit by any natural disasters and supply them with aid and help when our emergency services can't reach them.

We need your help to raise funds for equipment, vehicles, medical equipment, as well as any Additional Training we may require.

We will use the funding to purchase

1. Medical Equipment and Training Personal Protection Equipment (Hard Hats, Gloves, Boots Etc) Vehicles - (4x4, Vans, Transits, Rescue Boats), (to help us provide aid to areas of the UK that has been affected by a natural disaster or an act of Terrorism)
2. Other Equipment - (Ropes/ Absailing Equipment, ladders, Torches, Food Supplies, Tents/ Shelters, Space Blankets, Soup Kitchen, Sand Bags,
3. Emergency Food Aid
4. Additional Training

We will also use the funding to help other charities or charitable cases that are in need of our aid

• Myanmar - Kechin State (Logistic Support and Aid)
• Kurdistan (Logistic Support and Aid)
• Malaya (Disaster Relief, Logistic Support and Aid)
• U.K. (Civil Defence and Disaster Relief Aid and Logistic Support, Medical and Civil Defence in the event of a Civil Crisis or Terrorist Attack)
• West Africa (Security Advice, Aid, Logistic Support)
• Ukraine (Security Advice, Aid, Logistic Support)
• Phillapines (Disaster Relief, Aid, Medical Aid, Logistic Support)
• U.S.A. (Fire and Rescue Volunteers)
