Campaign Story
Ariel's Road to Recovery
Ariel, our 54 yr old tito, fondly called by friends & family as Tita Aye or Ayee, has been diagnosed with diabetes 20 years ago is seeking your help.
Last May 17, 2019, at around 3:00 am, was rushed to the hospital due to coughing with severe stomach pains and has been spitting blood. He wasn't able to eat for the past few weeks due to the pain, and had resulted to bloody discharge.
As his laboratory test shows, he was diagnosed with Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease with mild Coronary Heart disease too, that were complications of his diabetes.
He is still being treated at the hospital for his heart disease and undergoing Hemodialysis treatment for 4 hours, 3 times a week along with several blood transfusion. Our family is knocking on your hearts as we cannot do it alone, as per session costs around 4-5k.
Currently our hospital bill had reached to 160,000 which excludes his medicines and doctor's fee, and may need more in the next few weeks of his stay at the hospital.
Aye together with the whole family will be truly grateful for all the financial help that you can extend for his full recovery. As Mother Teresa says, 'It's not how much we give, but how much love we put into giving...'
