Campaign Story
Hi my name is Tim. For the past 3 years I have been gathering equipment to provide a Amateur Radio Repeater in the rural area where I live. Through very kind people I have been able to gather alot of misc. equipment, But not enough of What I need to put this project together. I have also learned that scrapping a repeater is not a very good long term solution.
In this rural part of Arkansas there is not good accurate local weather available. and emergency communications are sometimes sketchy. I would like to provide a reliable Ham Repeater and weather station for our area. I also work very closely with our local Volunteer fire departments and EMS. If enough money is raised here I will be able to provide emergency backup communications for that purpose.
With much appreciated help I have acquired a small shack and tower which I have shown in the photos.

Recent events certainly prove there is a need for early warning. As an EMT, there is little doubt Tim knows this from personal experience. Really hope this fundraising goal is met, for the sake of all those living in this rural community.

Tim Wofford is my nephew. He is honest, and is dependable to get things done. This is a much needed warning system for that area. Can you please help him reach his goal?

Tim has been working on getting a repeater put in our town for a while. We do live in a very small rural community and have very little resources when it comes to severe weather. It would be a huge help if we could get this communication system up and running. If you are familiar with Hamm radio and repeaters you know they are now cheap. He is an amazing guy. Please help out and donate what you can!
