It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our family member, my cousin, Ivory Silva-De Ocampo. Ivory was only 33 years old when she passed away on Tuesday, December 3rd in Batangas, Philippines. She is survived by her husband Erwin and three children including her newly born baby.

Dear family and friends,

On Wednesday, November 27th, my cousin Ivory was rushed to the hospital due to brain aneurysm. She had just given birth to her third child a week before the horrible incident. The doctors are closely monitoring her condition and Ivory is currently in the Intensive Care Unit of Lipa Medix Medical Center in Lipa, Batangas, Philippines. She has been in the ICU for almost a week now and the hospital bills are piling up. Our family is in need of financial support and prayers. Ivory is currently unconscious and unresponsive but we are very hopeful that she will be able to recover from this severe condition. On behalf of my family, we thank you for your gracious support and prayers during this difficult time.

Noong Miyerkules, November 27th, ang pinsan ko po na si Ivory ay isinugod sa hospital ng dahil sa brain aneurysm. Kapapanganak lamang ni Ivory isang linggo bago maganap ang aksidente. Kasalukuyan po siyang nasa ICU at mahigit isang linggo na pong walang malay. Sa mga kaibigan po nya na nais siyang mabisita maaari po kayong dumalaw at magbigay suporta sa kanyang pamilya sa Lipa Medix Medical Center, Lipa, Batangas, Philippines. Ang alin mang tulong pinansyal ay malaking tulong na para sa aming pamilya. Maraming salamat po.
