On Friday we received terrible news from Nigeria concerning EMCC Global's Social Responsibility project in Africa . Kevin (the Founder of ImpactB4Income and one of our volunteer coachees) and another two of our coachees were attacked by armed robbers at the Impactb4Income partner cybercafe yesterday evening. Thankfully no one was hurt, but they took all the laptops and smartphones they could find. Kevin reported this to the police but there is little hope that they will be able to retrieve the laptops and phones.
We're raising money to replace the stolen mobile phones and laptops and estimate we will need around €3,000. If 37% of our members donated just €1 each we would achieve our target in moments. We know how generous you all are and hope you will donate.
Any money raised over and above our €3,000 target will either be used to further support coachees on the project or will be donated to Médecins Sans Frontières (EMCC Global's charity of the year).
All fees linked to running this donation programme will be paid by EMCC Global so your complete donation will go to the the project in Africa.
