Elvis Mokoena Pilot Training

Hello. Thank you for stopping by. Im a 26 year old South African doing my Private Pilots License. From a young age, watching aircraft flying in the skies has been nothing short of a fascination. Asking myself questions like, How does it fly? How does it remain in the air? What makes it turn?

The fascination was further fueled when i was privileged to travel to the UK and years later to Dubai in the Boeing 777. This was such a moment for me because that was the day i knew that this is what i want to do with my life. I love travel and furthermore, the sound those Rolls Royce engines make on a take off run

Last Year in September (2018) i had the joy of going for my first intro flight at my Local flight school, it was scary but it was full of fun. I got a taste of the controls on a beautiful day in the Free State. I have since flown 20 Hours of the 45 needed for the PPL. I have written and passed some exams with some still to go.

The dream here against all odds and despite the cost of being a pilot, is to one day Captain an airbus A380 or a Boeing 747 to all destinations of the earth. Over and above that, to be an inspiration to my peers that no dream no matter how delayed, is too far to reach.
