Help me fund a software company in Mindanao, Philippines

I do most of my time in computer programming as my hobby because I want to create a solutions to makes life easier. I leave in the Island of Mindanao, Philippines were Information Technology services is limited. My passion is to provide IT solutions but I don't have money to start a business, so I try searching online where I could find help until I found this site that there are also people who need help to start their business and they were funded by generous people.

I am planning to create a company name elmstechsolution to provides Information Technology Services in Mindanao, Philippines. There are many establishment in this Island that still not using technology to fasten their business.

I have computer programming skills to create solutions but I don't have money to start for a business. I am asking for those people who have much to help me fund my elmstechsolution business to provide Information Technology solutions in my community.
