Campaign Story
My amazing great niece Ella
Ella was diagnosed with cancer in August 2014. It was confirmed to be a wilms kidney tumour. Her left kidney was removed but unfortunately it had spread to her spine and lungs. Luckily, intense radio and chemotherapy has been a great success in clearing her spine and we had the fantastic news last week that her lungs are clear too.
Ella is such an amazing little girl, she has been so brave. She smiled and laughed through it all, giving her parents the strength to deal with it all. Ella is just 7 years old and has a sister Leah who is 9 and a brother Noah who is nearly 4.
Sarah and Scott are the most incredible parents who have coped so well. I think they all deserve a little treat to celebrate this amazing news. I've entered the Cotswold North-Leach 10km Run on the 17th May to raise money for a weekend away for them to have some quality family time together once her treatment is finished. So if you could sponsor me that would be absolutely fantastic! Any donations would be greatly appreciated for such a great cause.
