He has been developing web applications since the birth of the commercial web, over twelve years and having more than fifteen years of software development experience. Shashi focuses on the user experience, pioneering innovative approaches to designing fantastic experiences for clients including design architecture.
Prior to co-founding EliteObjects, he led the technical team at Manipal Hospitals Group for the customization and implementation of the world class product TrakCare® a unified healthcare information system with advanced technologies.

Jayant is a co-founder and the Functional and Implementation specialist for EliteObjects. Having vast experience in HealthCare Domain and implementing enterprise level hospital information systems. Jayant focuses on Project Management, Functional Specifications and Testing.
Having more than Ten Enterprise and mid size HIS implementations; prior to co-founding EliteObjects, He worked for Religare Technologies on HAAD Project for a hospital in UAE.
