Campaign Story
The Elephants And Us consists of Aiden and Kimberley. We aim to travel all the way to Thailand, to help a local community and the endangered elephants that live there 🐘.
This would be a character building trip as we would need to engage with the local community and other volunteers. We both would like to obtain confidence and to learn new skills.
We both attend the Safe Haven in Aldershot. The Safe Haven is a local mental health cafe, helping people with a wide range of mental health difficulties. It acts as a preventative as it gives a safe enviroment for those who struggle.
We both attend the Safe Haven on a regular basis. This is were me and Kimberley came up with the idea, to try something new and we thought that there is no better way than imporving our self-esteem, confidence and inner strength than by flying to one of the most remote places in the world.
We can only do this through your kindness and generosity to help us achieve a once a life time experience.
