Elephant Sanctuary Volunteer Trip

I have been dreaming about coming into contact with elephants all my life. I've always had a love for these peaceful creatures that I could not fully comprehend. Elephants are some of the smartest, and most caring animals on the Earth, who have the ability to recognize themselves and possess a distinct, nuturing culture.

I am now a sophomore in college studying psychology and am preparing to begin an unpaid internship at an Elephant Sanctuary in Thailand. This internship is will be life-changing for me and hopefully for the elephants as well, however it may not be possible without funding. Volunteering at the sanctuary costs a lot of money, as does participating in the courses required for the internship, and of course plane tickets and living expenses. There is nothing I want to do more than to be a part of an elephant's pathway to peace and wellbeing. Please help me to realize my dreams!
