About this project Could not find the dice for your dice game? Lost one of the needed dice? Annoyed at dice dropping off a table? Tired of summing up the value of several dice?   U-DICE Introducing U-Dice, an universal electronic dice for most dice games. It could have up to 6 dice at one roll, with each die be 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10,12, 20 or 100 faces.  U-DICE has 6 sets of the following dice:   The d2 die has the value of 1 and 2. The d3 die has the value of -1, 0, and 1. The d10 die has the value from 1 to 10. The percentile die (d%) has the value from 1 to 100, so there is no need for two dice with one represents units and the other tens. Select the dice There are 2 buttons on the back of the U-Dice for selecting how many dice (1 ~ 6) you need and the sides for each die (d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, d%).   Roll the dice Tap or shake the U-Dice to roll the dice, the rolling screen will be displayed for 1 second followed by the roll result. Roll result When U-DICE is set to 1d6, 2d6, or 3d6, the d6 die is displayed with pips instead of number. For all other cases, each die will be displayed with its roll value inside its die box, while the die sides is displayed to the lower left corner of the die box. The total value of all the dice except percentile dice is displayed on the top for easy recognition. If more than 1 percentile dice are set, only the first one is displayed on the top. Stretch goals will be announced after the funding goal is reached. Color selection will be fulfilled after campaign ends. Timeline   We need your help to bring U-DICE to life, please back us.
