Electric wheelchairs

Hello! I am living in a small city, Buzău, in Romania. I have been suffering of CMT (Charcot - Marie-Tooth Malady) for 13 years. This malady severely affected my motion, I can't use my hands and my legs anymore, nor the wheelchair as I can't use my hands to move the wheel. Please, if there is anyone willing to help me and donate me an electric wheelchair I would be very grateful. It doesn't have to be brand new, it may be second-handed. Here in Romania the prices are too expensive for this kind of equipment and I can not afford it. It would really help me to spend more time outside because I am now obliged to stay home all the long days. Thank you and hope you can help me.
