Electric bills

Hello friends ,
My name is Nebojsha Taushanov
I have 24 years and come from Macedonia .

I have a problem that for years I can not handle .

My mother did not pay electric bills for years (she died in 2004 , when I was 14 ) and I inherited debt .
debt for electricity is 2100 dollars , plus interest of $ 1400.

Looking for a way to pay the debt , but failed
I already 6 years without electricity , where I live is very small salary ( $ 200 per month ) , you can not move away money aside for bills ,
