Elderly Disabled Veteran Needs Home

Im trying to raise money to help a disabled elderly veteran man that needs a home of his own. He saved a down payment for a mobile home and thought he would finally have a home on his land. The sales man took his down payment and and disappeared with it and left him with no money or home. Now he is renting and cant afford to save a down payment again. He has been so disappointed and depressed because he had been dreaming of this for quite sometime. Im hoping I can get some help for him. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
