My name is Ed, Jr. and i started this page because a few years back i found my parents had been taken advantage of by a certain mortgage broker (who is now in jail, unrelated) and were locked into a loan which is by-the-numbers illegal in my home state.

We have already once successfully defeated this bank in court once, but there was no punishment for proveable illegal and predatory lending. Now it seems that bank sold it to another bank, and now this new bank is up to the same old tricks.

We are exhausted, and nearly broken by the first foreclosure. My mother attempted suicide right before we were advised the bank was dropping the complaint. And still we have seen no justice. I am nearly out of energy and money to defend much longer. The big time thieves will win, simply because they are bigger than us, and can throw more money at the problem than i can muster.

Please help save this home, and send a clear message to banks they need to follow the laws, else they will face the same penalties we would face if we broke the law.
