Elderly disabled parent urgently need to save family

Legal fees needed be paid in order to access justice in Singapore judicial courts for me to regain bonding with my only child that I raised up painstakingly as a painfully disabled (and certified permanently unfit to work due to my bilateral collapse hip-joints & severe osteo-arthritis) ageing father.

Had approached all government agencies and public social assistance without success. Faced with empathy, neglect and indifference when seeking help from government ministries and heads of depts, despite my compassionate and compelling situation. Fell graveli ill last week due to being mentally and physically overstressed and oppressed (see medical memo shown).

Hence I am resorting to the public for sympathy and charity to save family from being denied justice and torn apart.
