My son's name is Donovan B. (pictured on far left in white jacket), and we're raising money for a spring break trip for next year. His school is taking a trip to London, Paris, and Normandy, and the name of the tour is "Across the English Channel" courtesy of EF Tours! Donovan deserves to go on this trip because he has worked so hard in school since Jr-K. He's remained on the honor since 6th grade, earning straight A's up through 6th grade, and he's continued on the Scholar's List, earning straight A's up through 9th grade, with the exception of two other times when he made honor roll (7th - 9th grade), earning all A's and no more than 2 B's, all while participating in Honors courses when available. He scored a 22 on the ACT at age 12, and he participated in a PSAT program scoring above average even for students in 11th and 12th grades. He's a very hard-working, respectful, well-respected, well-mannered young man, and he's very courteous to others as indicated in the teacher comments on every report. Due to his hard work, he's been blessed to be able to continue attending private school, with a tuition of over $16,500 a year, out of which I pay a very nominal fee. This is why I continue to encourage him, stay on him, and drill in his head the importance of keeping up the grade. His plans are to go to Harvard on a scholarship, which I'm more than positive will happen for him. Through prayer, I'm asking help from good people like you so that he may have this once-in-a-lifetime experience which he soooooooo deserves!
