This website has 3 use case.

administrator, personal user and merchant user

ADMINISTRATOR:

manages all system, clients, rates, transactions etc

END USERS:

eeewallet can be used has a bank where users have their own wallet and can deposit and withdraw money using 6 different methods including paypal, bitcoin ,credit card, bank and others, the system receives a small fee . Users are also able to send and receive payments, exchange currencies, create vouchers or just to simply store their money.

MERCHANTS

can do all the above plus request payment, sci and ipn integration for their shopping cart,
that are able to send an instant notification to the seller's server about the status of the received payment, its size, date and other parameters. The IPN system can be integrated with any CMS.

User manager

A powerful user's account card contains registration information, its status and information about the latest transactions in the account.

Transaction system

Internal money transfers between users, currency exchange, simple account replenishment and withdrawal of funds to external payment systems.
