Help us carry on this campaign of Awareness and support for mental health in children and adolescents in Chile.

Your support will help us elaborate the brand (legal stuff) so we can give talks every place there is people who needs it. We need your support. We can't do this alone. I'm asking you to help me make this campaign real!

Chile is a developing country in South America which is struggling everyday to give the same opportunities to the most vulnerable population and those with higher incomes, but we are far from that. On the meantime, we have poor mental health support for children as for adults and our figures on this issue are increasing every year. My country is deeply segregated. High income population have access to a much better health care system than those in the lower part of the group who mostly do not have or are unable to afford a health care for mental issues at all.

But the problen is not just about money. Knowledge about nental issues is not widely spread. Many mental disorders are not easily identified by schools or families. Many people are suffering in isolation, not having any kind of support.

Educativity wants to help make awareness of all the mental issues no one is seeing as they are almost invisible. Such is the case of TDA or ADD/ADDH, asperger in lower grades, depression, just to mention some. Educativity aims to give talks on real life experiences of mental issues and consequences of delayed diagnosing or no support on time, in this way we make people aware of the importance of identifying the problem and give support on time. We aim to prevent more children and adolescents feeling hopeless and attempting suicide instead of living a better life they deserve.

Our talks are given in schools and in different communities. We are a non-profit oganization. As the creator of this group I iniciated this cause from my own experience with mental disorders and my dream for helping others to ask for help and give support to the ones who can't ask for it.
